primordial camp

15 Nov

all those roads
all those purple orange vanishing points
all of em’ swerving into darkness.
our bic lighters, flashlights, and camp fires can only
give life to shadows
dancing everywhere.
the world still pulsates and feels underwater.
we huddle together.
the minutes are slow.
we hear each other’s oceans beating.
the first light feels like day one

Man oh man. That’s some amazing praise I can barely digest. Hugely appreciated skyraftwanderer. Glad to hear from you.
