some old revolutionary went around
cutting people’s circles.
hot air flew all over the place
and people were left with parentheses;
floating in massive space they never knew before.

        Blimey – Eric Robinson and David Nixon! David was a TV magician with a dry sense of humour. In our family we always said that wire clothes hangers tangling together were ‘doing a David Nixon’.

        I’ll even name the tune the young professional is playing – ‘El Cumbanchero’!

          sounds like cumbanchero fun in your family tree.
